A new era of Independent Living: CQ Mobility is now Regional Health & Mobility

CQ Mobility, the leading provider of health, rehab, and mobility equipment in Rockhampton and Central Queensland, proudly announces its rebranding as Regional Health and Mobility. This group-wide name change encompasses the independent living stores owned by CQ Friendly Society, located in South Rockhampton (previously Daniels), Gladstone, Bundaberg, and now North Rockhampton.
Since 1894, CQ Friendly Society has been dedicated to delivering affordable, high-quality health services to the Central Queensland region. The integration of CQ Mobility into the CQ Friendly Society family reflects a strategic move to enhance and expand the range of independent living services available to the local community.
The newly unveiled Regional Health & Mobility stores will retain the same dedicated and friendly staff, ensuring a seamless transition for existing customers. The name change, accompanied by new signage and a major store renovation, aims to create a more inviting environment for customers while allowing for a broader selection of products to be displayed and stocked.

To commemorate this significant transformation, Regional Health and Mobility will host two official opening events; one on Friday, 18th August from 12pm - 5pm inviting suppliers and health professionals and one on Saturday, 19th August, from 9am - 12pm inviting customers to attend and experience the refreshed space firsthand.
