Getting regular exercise is one of the most effective ways that you can treat arthritis. You can use resistance bands and tubing to help strengthen the areas, conduct regular exercise sessions using an exercise bike or pedals as well as wrist and ankle weights. To assist with your range of movement, shoulder pulley is also a very helpful tool.
